Spring/Summer Season Outdoor Tables

There is nothing more tranquil than sitting on your back porch and watching the waves or listening to nature.  We are blessed to have such beauty surrounding us and what better way to enjoy it then having a custom, outdoor table set right in your own back yard!

Maybe you just need a small bistro set up or maybe you need a 15ft table to accommodate a large party but either and anything in between are just a quick order away!

Outdoor tables are sealed with nautical lacquer so it will add years to the life of your piece.  They are also built identically to indoor pieces so there is no skimping on materials or quality.

This beautiful piece was made for a couple for a backyard party and it was built and delivered in under a week!

Mid-Century Coffee Tables

Building tables is our specialty but not just dining tables!  Coffee tables, buffets, bar tables and pretty much any other style can be custom crafted just for you.

This hardwood table made for a client in Seattle is one of my favorite pieces with the sleek and stylish design.  There is a large area for storage and this hardwood table is resistant to most wear and tear.  The legs come in 3 different sizes to accommodate your living room arrangement.

Just ask and we can build it!

The Holiday Season Is Here!

After spending most of the Summer up in the Pacific Northwest fixing up a 100 year old home, production is full swing.  This time of year gets very busy for those wanting to have a custom piece built for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Don't get left out so please plan your orders accordingly!

Here is a pic of the home we rehabbed.  It was completely redone from the studs up and we upgraded it with high end materials while still keeping the classic touches of a 1916 craftsman home.

Raw Table that you stain yourself!

Several clients are crafty and would like to be involved with their table so opt to purchase a raw, unfinished table to stain themselves.  This saves a few bucks but also lets you be involved with your finished product.  Staining and lacquering a table can be time consuming but also fun!  The best part is you get to experiment with different shades and tones and make it just the way you want.  Who made this table?  Well, you played a part!

This table was made for a San Juan Island couple to put in their newly remodeled, beautiful home.  It was stained and then finished with a wax product.  I saw this one firsthand as we stayed in their lovely rental cabin.  Ask if you want details about this cottage as they only rent to people they know.  :)

Summer is gone and it is time to welcome the Fall.  The weather cools down and we nestle in our comfortable homes for the inevitable wet season.

The holiday season get's pretty busy with clients wanting custom, harvest tables built for Thanksgiving and Christmas time.  Remember there is no job too big or too small as we can build any size to fit your space.

Several beautiful tables have went out recently and pics will posted of many of them in the coming weeks.  This table was a bit more narrow and built for an Issaquah couple and fit neatly into their dining nook.

Thanks and enjoy your table!

Busy Times!

8 Foot Farmhouse Table with Industrial, Beech Bench

8 Foot Farmhouse Table with Industrial, Beech Bench

This Spring season has kept us busy at Waverly Woodwork! At least 20 full tables have been custom built since March and we are booked into July.

I've been debating on which table has been my recent favorite and it is a difficult debate.  The overall favorite would have to be this 8 foot beast that was heavily distressed for a lovely, Oregon couple.  This table was very rustic and measured in at 96x44.  Handmade corbel aprons(side boards) were carved and the top was stained Colonial Maple while the bottom was painted a shade of white.  One of our favorite parts is distressing this style table as you can really use your imagination!

We hope you all enjoy the our work and remember almost any table of your preference can be custom made for you and your family!

Welcome to our new website!

We are proud to announce that we now have a brand new website! While we've been handcrafting Farmhouse tables and other fine wood furniture for years, we just never quite got around to developing the internet eCommerce side of the business. So check out our new website and share it with any friends you think might enjoy our products!

Thank you,
